Had such a great experience at Suteishi! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish felt well made and worth it. The service was also amazing, everyone was attentive, welcoming, and made us feel taken care of throughout the meal. The atmosphere was one of my favorite parts too: cozy, relaxing, and perfect for catching up or having a nice dinner out. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to friends!

Suteishi completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, intimate, and perfect for a date night. The restaurant has such a beautiful balance of modern and cozy with amazing views around the area, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed the entire evening. Every single person we interacted with was attentive, polite, knowledgeable about the menu, and incredibly accommodating without ever making us feel rushed. You can tell customer service is something they truly care about here, because the experience felt smooth from start to finish. The sushi was absolutely phenomenal. The quality and freshness of the fish stood out immediately and honestly some of the best we’ve had in NYC. Every piece tasted clean, buttery, and expertly prepared with great attention to detail. You could really taste the difference in quality compared to most sushi spots. The presentation was also beautiful and made the entire meal feel special. TLDR: Swell Seaport sushi spot. Nice little sushi restaurant tucked away in surprisingly rowdy Seaport. Liked the skewers the most unsurprisingly, but double shot was good to share and the blue grab gyoza was decent.

I really enjoyed the variety on the menu. They offer sushi, ramen, and you can also choose grilled fish and grilled meat. The filet mignon I grilled myself was incredibly fresh and delicious. It’s a great place for a large group because everyone can find something they like — even if someone doesn’t eat sushi, there are plenty of other tasty options. There’s also a nice selection of cocktails. Overall, we were very happy with our experience. Thank you!

It's been ages since I've been back, but this place just got even better! We celebrated our friend’s birthday and I’m glad we went here! The atmosphere was nice, and a mini bar in the corner where u can order a lot of saketinis, which is fire btw. Cleverlyn, Jordy, and Richard took great care of us, making sure everything was perfect.
